Highland Fine Cheeses, maker of iconic brands such as Strathdon Blue, won a gold and silver medal for their Cows Blue Cheese at the 2023 International Cheese and Dairy Awards (ICDA) held at the Staffordshire County Showgrounds in June.

The Cows Blue cheese was made with Myconeos’ new Mycoforti Penicillium roqueforti cultures.
