Highland Fine Cheeses, maker of iconic brands such as Strathdon Blue, won a gold medal at the 2022 International Cheese and Dairy Awards (ICDA) held at the Staffordshire County Showgrounds in June.

The Blue Murder cheese was made with one of Myconeos new Mycoforti Penicillium roqueforti cultures.
